1. What TelecomBazar does
TelecomBazar helps home and business customers compare internet connectivity possibilities, make best-effort location feasibility checks, understand options, and coordinate enquiries, documentation, booking and activation follow-up. TelecomBazar is not the internet service provider (ISP). The selected licensed ISP supplies, installs, bills for and operates the final connection.
2. Enquiries and availability
Submitting a website form, calling or messaging us is a request for assistance; it is not an order, confirmed booking or guarantee of service. Availability may depend on the exact address, network capacity, infrastructure and the ISP’s final technical/commercial confirmation. Any feasibility check is best-effort only.
3. Plans, charges and payment
Provider, plan, speed, data limits, installation, equipment, deposits, taxes, service levels and timelines are confirmed by the selected ISP for the specific address. Review the written quote and the ISP’s terms before confirming. In the usual process, plan and installation payments are made directly to the ISP. If a separate TelecomBazar facilitation/service charge or managed-billing arrangement applies, it will be disclosed before payment and shown in the applicable written quote or invoice. An ISP commission does not automatically increase the customer’s price.
4. Installation and service responsibility
The selected ISP’s technical team performs installation and controls activation, network availability, speed, uptime, billing, repairs and service credits. TelecomBazar can coordinate and assist with follow-up, but cannot guarantee the ISP’s performance, installation date, uninterrupted service or resolution time.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, disconnection, refunds, deposits, plan changes and post-installation requests are governed by the relevant ISP’s terms and policy when the payment or service is with that ISP. Please check those terms before payment. For a payment collected directly by TelecomBazar under a separately disclosed arrangement, contact us with the invoice and payment reference; requests will be reviewed against the applicable written terms and law. 6. Customer information and contact
Please provide accurate contact and location details and only share information you are authorised to provide. When you submit an enquiry, you ask us to contact you about that request by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Website content and third-party services
Provider names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. External provider websites, networks and services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to keep website information useful and current, but provider plans and availability can change and must be reconfirmed.
